The Academy of Fine Arts Vienna - founded at the end of the 17th century as one of the first art schools in Central Europe - is an internationally renowned education institution for the arts. Furthermore, the Academy houses outstanding collections of art in the Gemäldegalerie ('Paintings Gallery') and the Kupferstichkabinett ('The Graphic Collection'). kub2 walls are used both in the art classes as moveable walls for the students and adaptable walls for exhibitions in the gallery and other locations.

As part of the general renovation of the main building on Schillerplatz, kub2 equipped the studios and corridors of the listed building by architect Theophil Hansen with flexible shutters. See also >>
